The rent to own process is very simple:
Contact us to let us know what type of home you’re interested in, or view our property list for homes that are available now.
If you like a home and want to apply, we’ll give you an application to fill out. Don’t worry – we help people with all kinds of credit and financial situations, and if you can afford the property, we can help you to own it.
After you’re approved, we’ll agree on the monthly rent amount and purchase terms. Then just sign the documents and move in!
If you keep the rent payments current, then at the end of the rental agreement you can decide if you want to purchase the home or not (there is no obligation to purchase). That's it! Then we schedule a closing and complete the sale of the home.
Your rent to own contract (also known as the lease option agreement) will spell out the length of time that you have to complete the purchase of the property. Typically that is within a 3-year timeframe, but in certain circumstances, we may extend your option if you need more time. Along the way, we'll provide you with tools and information to help you achieve your homeownership goals.
